We offer extended postpartum support to our birth clients for an additional fee. This service includes a four hour session in the first week of baby's life in which we cook a nourishing dinner, nutrient dense breastfeeding snacks and healing beverages for you, all while helping you care for baby, navigate breastfeeding and recover from birth. During our prenatal meeting we will gift you a copy of "the first forty days" and curate a menu together for your postpartum based on the recipes and wisdom found in this book.
All ingredients are included in the cost of the service and will be shopped for ahead of time.
